Special Report: Interview with the Public Service Advisor censored for using the term 'male-bodied'
Free Speech Union spokesperson Jonathan Ayling speaks to an advisor (who will remain nameless) who fell foul of management after attending a presentation by LGBTQIA+ activist group InsideOUT. The advisor raised a question at the end with the presenter and soon after received a letter from the Deputy Chief Executive of the organisation, claiming that they had been 'offended and shocked' along with others for using the term 'male-bodied'. Jonathan himself sat down with the Deputy Chief Executive of the particular ministry along with a senior ministry HR advisor, and the employee (a member of the Free Speech Union) a few weeks back, so what was the outcome of the meeting? Listen to the episode for a chilling insight into how our public servants are increasingly being threatened for challenging fashionable political views. Never has a Free Speech Union been more vital!
